Owner & Broker
Kayla is a Sonoma County native and fourth-generation real estate professional, with nearly 19 years of experience in the industry. She holds a degree in Business Marketing from San Francisco State University. Her deep-rooted expertise and background as an Executive Assistant in the service sector have refined her skills in delivering top-tier customer care.
Her experience also includes working as a Transaction Coordinator, where she managed contracts, timelines, and compliance for real estate agents. This hands-on familiarity with the full transaction process strengthens the detailed and organized approach she brings to every client relationship.
As the Owner and Broker of Elevated Property Management, Kayla is committed to raising the standards of property management through personalized attention, clear communication, and innovative solutions for every client.
Joel Shock
Maintenance Supervisor
Joel, the Maintenance Supervisor at Elevated Property Management, brings over 17 years of construction experience with expertise in carpentry and multiple other trades. Operations Coordinator
Greg is the Operations Coordinator at Elevated Property Management. He brings a diverse background in real estate, the service industry, and hands-on property maintenance. His years in hospitality have sharpened his ability to provide concierge-level support, while his experience in labor and handyman work makes him a reliable partner in property care. Greg assists with showings, turnovers, and maintenance projects alongside Joel, ensuring each property is prepared to the highest standards.
