Joel handled repairs and helped get the house completely cleaned up and ready, and Kayla took the lead on interviewing potential renters, marketing the property, and arranging professional photography. It was all so well organized that we honestly didn’t have to lift a finger! They found us wonderful renters and even offered to manage the relationship once the house was occupied, which was such a relief.
